酒店位置離虞山公園不遠，距離城牆景區也很近。酒店大堂很氣派。房間也算乾淨整潔。停車位較少，停車停到外面雖能報銷，但進出還是有點麻煩。酒店人員服務態度很好，出現問題，能積極解決。早餐一般，麪條是蘇式麪，個人比較喜歡。

房間設施還不錯，早餐種類太少，餐廳服務比較欠缺，客人想喝杯熱牛奶，服務員讓客人自己去找，態度冷漠。這是我多年所遇到的少有的現象。

2016年住過一次，這次故地重遊，感覺設施的確舊了一點，由於酒店所處的街道商業蕭條了，酒店人氣也差了好多，酒店位置服務還可以，早餐就不評價了。
